Video Downloads - Step-by-Step Instructions

After your purchase you were issued a username and password that you will need to download your video file. Have this information handy.

Go to the page in the Video section for the video that you purchased. On this page there are several links: View Preview, Buy Download, Buy DVD, and Log In. Click the Log In link.

This will bring you to the Log In page for video downloads. Remember this is not the same as the login for members. Enter the username and password you were issued upon purchase.

If you have entered the correct information, you will then be presented with a page to download the file. Click the button that says "Download". Note: If you cannot log in, please check that you entered your username and password correctly. Also remember the login will expire 48 hours after purchase.

A box will pop up asking if you wish to Open or Save the file. Choose save.

Internet Explorer: Click the Save button to save the file on your computer.

Firefox: Choose the Save option, then click the OK button.

You will then be prompted by your computer to choose where to save the file. Make note of where you have saved it so that you can find it again. By default many systems will save to your Desktop if you have not chosen another location. A second likely location is wherever you last saved a file from a browser.

Depending on the file size and your connection speed, the download may take anywhere from a few minutes up to 20 minutes.

After the download has finished, your computer will probably prompt you with an option to Open the file. If you click Open, the movie will now play from your computer. You can also play it at any future time by double-clicking on the file name.
